Coconut Pineaple Bread

This bread is stuffed the middle  with pineaple and coconut. Coconut is a common ingredient to be used in Asian bakery. If you like  coconut bread, this will be the one for you to enjoy. Best served for breakfast or as snacks in the afternoon.
